What payment options are available?

Multibanco Reference

The website will send an entity, a reference, and the value of your order to your email, which you can settle at any ATM or through Homebanking. Orders paid by Multibanco Reference are automatically cancelled if not paid within 4 hours. Payments via Multibanco Reference do not require proof of payment.

MB WAY

With MB WAY, you can pay for your order using the mobile number associated with this service. Orders paid by MB WAY are automatically cancelled if not paid within 5 minutes. Payments via MB WAY do not require proof of payment. This payment method is only available for orders placed in the online store.

If you make your payment by bank transfer, it is important that you send proof of payment, stating the order number and indicating the name of the account holder from which the payment was made. All bank transfer payments are processed manually on business days. Therefore, it is essential that proof of payment is sent in a timely manner so that it can be identified and processed by our financial services. We warn that bank transfer payments are only effectively entered into our system after confirmation of the amount being credited to our bank account.

We recommend payment by MB WAY, Multibanco Reference (MB Services Payment at an ATM or in your Net Banking), so that your order is processed automatically by the system, without any additional costs and without the need to send proof of payment.

When will I receive my order?

When adding an item to your shopping cart, you should pay attention to the description of the item, which contains information about its production/processing time. This period takes into account the time to produce your order, shipping arrangements, and our warehouse's workload. If you add items with different production times, the entire order will be shipped together based on the longest production time among all items. When considering the production time, you should also add the shipping time:

The standard home delivery service is a transport service that takes between 1 to 2 business days from the moment the order is prepared and dispatched from our warehouse (for mainland Portugal only, other destinations upon request). Your order will be delivered to the address you provide when placing the order. Although uncommon, there may be transportation delays beyond our control: workload, weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, etc.

For the islands of Madeira and Azores, shipping costs are upon request.

The aforementioned deadline refers only to product delivery. The production time for each item, as indicated in its description, must always be added to this period.

PRODUCTION times are counted from the business day following payment confirmation of the order. Payments received after 5:00 PM are considered as received on the next day.
